These Terms & Conditions govern the cleaning services provided by Craftwell Cleaning Services Sdn. Bhd. and your use of this website. By booking a service or using our site, you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
We provide residential and commercial cleaning services across the Klang Valley. The scope of each booking is agreed in advance and set out in your quote. Additional work outside the agreed scope may be subject to a revised price.
2. Bookings and quotes
Quotes are based on the information you provide about your space. If conditions on site differ significantly from what was described, we may adjust the price or scope, and will always discuss this with you before proceeding.
3. Access and preparation
You agree to provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time, along with running water and electricity. Please secure valuables and let us know of any fragile items or areas needing special care.
4. Payment
Payment terms are stated in your quote or invoice. For recurring services, charges apply per completed visit. We reserve the right to pause services where invoices remain unpaid.
5. Cancellations and rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a booking. Late cancellations or lock-outs where our team cannot gain access may incur a fee to cover allocated time.
6. Our satisfaction promise
If you are not satisfied with any area we have cleaned, tell us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean it at no additional cost. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
7. Liability
We carry public liability insurance and take great care in your home or premises. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided, except where liability cannot be limited under Malaysian law. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear.
8. Your responsibilities
You agree to treat our team with respect and to provide a safe working environment. We reserve the right to withdraw our team from any site that is unsafe or where staff are subjected to inappropriate behaviour.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
